Absolutely loved the concert!

Oh my goodness, I just attended the Grandes Coros de Opera and it was breathtaking! The voices were incredible, and the whole atmosphere at the Auditorio Nacional was just magical. Buying the tickets online was simple and quick, and I received them in my inbox instantly. I'm already planning my next visit for the Gala de Reyes, I can't wait! This foundation puts on truly spectacular events!

Consistently great music

This was my third time getting tickets from Fundacion Excelentia, and honestly, they're always reliable. This time I went for the Bach Conciertos de Brandeburgo. The quality of the performance was just as high as I remember from the Violin Chaikovsky concert last year. Their website is easy enough to navigate now that I'm used to it, and the e-tickets always come through quickly. I keep coming back because the music is consistently fantastic and it's a solid cultural experience every time.

Good concert, website could improve

I bought tickets for the Novena Sinfonia de Beethoven. The performance by the Orquesta Clasica Santa Cecilia was excellent, really a powerful experience. The ticketing process on their website was a bit clunky, though. It felt a little dated and I had a small issue selecting specific seats, but I got it sorted out eventually. Delivery of the e-tickets was immediate, which was good. Overall, I'd say it was good value for the quality of music, but they could definitely polish up the online user experience.

Easy to get tickets

I grabbed some tickets for the Musica de Cine concert for me and my friend. It was super easy on their site, didn't have any trouble finding what I wanted. The concert itself was really fun, a nice mix of classic film scores. Getting the tickets to my email was fast too. No drama, just a good night out. Would recommend if you're into that kind of music.

Detailed review of my purchase

I recently purchased tickets for 'Las Cuatro Estaciones de Vivaldi' through the Fundacion Excelentia website. The ordering process was fairly smooth, though finding the exact dates I wanted took a couple of clicks more than expected. I opted for the digital tickets, which were sent to my email almost immediately after purchase, which was convenient. The concert itself, featuring the Orquesta Clasica Santa Cecilia, was beautiful. The acoustics in the Auditorio Nacional were excellent. I appreciated the clear information provided on their site regarding concert times and venue details. I didn't need to contact customer support, so I can't comment on that aspect. Overall, a very positive experience, from buying to enjoying the music.

Anyone been to both Excelentia and the National Orchestra concerts? How do they compare?

R Raj T. 1 month ago
Both are great honestly. Excelentia's Orquesta Clasica Santa Cecilia is fantastic, especially for classic repertoire. The National Orchestra also has amazing musicians. It probably comes down to the specific program and conductor you prefer.

I've seen both. Excelentia is top-notch for sure. The National Orchestra is also excellent, maybe a bit more diverse in programming sometimes. You can't go wrong with either, it's more about which concert you want to see.

Do I need to print my tickets, or can I just show them on my phone?

G Gwen 1 month ago
Nope, you can just show the digital ticket on your phone. They scan the QR code.

Definitely don't need to print them. Digital tickets are fine, super easy.

What's the deal with those 'last minute offers'? Are they actually good discounts or just a few euros off?

M Mike Osei 1 month ago
They can be decent, especially if you're flexible with your seat. I've seen some good deals pop up for less popular concerts or seats further back. It's a bit of a gamble though.

Yeah, last minute offers are usually a real discount. Not massive, but enough to make it worth it if you can snag them. Good for spontaneous plans.

Thinking of getting a season pass for the 'Grandes Clasicos' cycle. What does that usually include?

G Gwen Vargas 1 month ago
It usually covers a set number of concerts within that specific series. You get a discount compared to buying individual tickets. Sometimes there are extra perks too, but mostly it's just the concert access.

A season pass for a cycle like that means you get a ticket for every concert in that particular series, often at a better price per show. Good deal if you know you'll go to most of them.

Hey, wondering if anyone knows if there are student discounts for these concerts? Thinking of going to one of the Bach ones.

J James 1 month ago
Yeah, I think so. There's usually a 'tarifa joven' or something similar. You might need to show ID at the door though.

They definitely have discounts for young people, pretty sure it applies to students. Check during checkout, it should be an option if you qualify.
